On receipt of a delivery check you have received the correct number of packages and check for any damage and sign accordingly. If the delivery note is not signed as goods being received short/damaged we cannot replace F.O.C. The packaging is part of your delivery, you are responsible for its disposal.
Home Deliveries
We deliver direct to your home. Deliveries take 10 - 14 days to arrive with you, you will be notified of the intended delivery date by the courier so when placing an order we require your mobile number.
Please ensure that you are available for delivery and goods are signed for accordingly.
Deliveries are available within mainland UK only.
Packaging
Orders have corner protectors, shrink-wrap and are suitably packaged into heavy duty cardboard boxes or pallets.
Claims
Claims must be reported within 3 working days by email and include the reason for replacements.
Transit damage claims will only be honoured if the delivery note has been clearly signed as DAMAGED, signing unchecked is not acceptable by the carrier.
Please Note
Items that have been drilled, altered, have scratches, dents or corner damage due to lack of care will not be accepted.
We will only replace like for like products and shall in no way be responsible for any additional consequential costs or losses.
